Fruit is so festive and pretty when you mix it all together on a platter. Adding some amazing dragonfruit in there just provides the perfect amount of visual texture with its speckled meat. Looks like a perfect springtime snack! It’s dragonfruit and it is pretty tasty. It is a little reminiscent of kiwi, but not exactly like a kiwi. It’s refreshing. I think it is actually grown on cacti. When it is whole it looks like a light red/pink fruit with spines. Very strange looking, but yummy.
